Time limits on electronic variants

Right now the test cases in the electronic variants are the same as in the text variants. The time limits are: #1-#6:1s, #7:2s, #8: 4s, #9: 8s, and #10: 10s.
Although, in this contest there is no rule that you can't hard-code the solutions into your source code, we recommend that if you can't fit in the time limit on SPOJ, you should upload them as text (so we know that the time limits require attention).
